Shipping & returns
Shipping policy
Processing time. All Boss Laya Cosmetics orders are processed before shipment. Processing time is separate from the shipping carrier’s estimated delivery time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information using the email or phone number provided at checkout.
Shipping rates. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your delivery location, package weight, and available shipping method. Your final shipping costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Delivery times. Delivery estimates provided at checkout or by the shipping carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed by Boss Laya Cosmetics. Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control may occur.
Incorrect addresses. Please double check your shipping address before submitting your order. Boss Laya Cosmetics is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Returns and exchanges
Due to the nature of our products and for health, hygiene, and sanitation purposes, all cosmetic sales are final. Boss Laya Cosmetics does not accept returns or exchanges on lip gloss, lip liners, or other cosmetic products once an order has been fulfilled.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders. We absolutely want you to receive what you paid for. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. Once reviewed, eligible claims may be resolved through a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
Products that have been opened, used, swatched, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the error was made by Boss Laya Cosmetics.
